Open shifts

Skilled nursing facilities — day, evening, overnight
Memory care + dementia units
Assisted living + adult family homes
Hospital sitters (1:1 observation)

Pay + perks

$22–$28/hr depending on shift + site
Weekend, overnight, and holiday differential

Requirements

Active WA CNA certification
Current BLS (or willing to obtain — we reimburse)
6+ months experience in SNF, hospital, memory care, or AL
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
Background check + drug screen + TB
