Caring Hearts Medical Staffing is hiring per-diem Registered Nurses to cover open shifts at our partner facilities across Tacoma and the wider Pierce County region.
We staff:
- Acute-care hospitals (med/surg, ED, ICU, tele)
- Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)
- Behavioral health / inpatient psych
- Outpatient dialysis centers
- Hospice + home health
How it works
1. Apply once — we credential you in 48–72 hours (BLS/ACLS, TB, drug screen, OIG)
2. Tell us your availability — days, nights, weekends, holidays
3. Pick your shifts in our app — same-day, weekend, or block-booked
4. Get paid weekly via direct deposit

Requirements
- Active unencumbered WA RN license
- Current BLS (ACLS preferred for ED/ICU)
- 1+ year recent acute care, SNF, or behavioral health experience
