What you'll do

As a Home Care Aide (HCA) / Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) with Hearts United Homecare, you'll help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their own homes. You'll work one-on-one with clients, supporting them with the daily activities that have become harder to do alone — and giving their families peace of mind.

A typical shift might include

Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance
Companionship and meaningful conversation
Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
Medication reminders (no medication administration)
Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
Reporting changes in condition to our care coordinators

Schedule

We have day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available across Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Federal Way, and surrounding Pierce/King County areas. You tell us your availability and we match you with clients near you.

Requirements

Active WA HCA or NAR credential (or willing to obtain — we can help)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Basic English communication; bilingual a plus
