vkWorkforce is built with HIPAA-aligned controls: patient details are masked before any AI call, access is limited by role with multi-factor sign-in, and every change is kept in an audit log.
Can we keep symplr CTM or AxisCare?
Yes. Growth and above can connect them, so shifts, visits and people flow into vkWorkforce while you keep working in your current system. When you are ready, switch over and turn the connection off.
Can my team still call and text staff themselves, or is it all AI?
Both. With vkVoice phone lines, coordinators call and text workers by hand from the web or the iPhone and Android app, on the same agency number the AI uses. They can join or take over an AI call, text the worker directly, or pause the AI at any time.
Can clients pay invoices online?
Yes. vkPay is live: invoices built from approved timecards go out with a secure pay link, clients pay by card or bank account (ACH), and the invoice is marked paid automatically. Funds go to your agency’s own vkPay account.
